Hi friends,
Dreams never die..................so if one has  ever dreamt of being IAS/IPS officers, one must strive hard for it! no matter even if one has faced hurdles,we must keep trying.............hmm.....easy to tell, but believe us, for we had faced hurdles,n succeeded after striving....
Their are ample examples to tell.
Sh.Shravan Hardikar, IAS, now Collector Yavatmal, was a Wipro S/W engg and side by side preparing for IAS.
Dr.Shrikar Pardeshi, IASnow Collector, Nanded, was a student of Medicine in BJ Govt College, Pune, and side by side preparingfor IAS.
Sh Kiran Gitte, IAS, now Commissioner,Agartala Municipal Corporation, Tripura, was a Mahendra-Tech Employee(TL), and side by side preparing for IAS.
Sh Prashant Patil, IAS select, was a Deputy Collector, and side by side preparing for IAS.,
Sh Santosh Rokadewas a UPSC Attempter, reached till Last stage, then was a Wipro IT S/W Employee, and now is a Highly placed officer in Mantralaya, through MPSC.
We are fortunate to be associated with these and many such Officers that make us believe in Dreams and human efforts...and we know many such students for we have more than 10 years of counselling, mentoring  & teaching .We can probably tell you why students face failures, hurdles!

 The probable reasons are:

  • Lack of knowledge of the Exam pattern

  • Coaching by inexperienced faculty

  • Coaching institutes gave notes, no time to read them, lack of the  art of note making.

  • Lack of personal mentoring.

  • Classroom coaching not linked to practical and current aspects.

  • Various personal problems- stress, anger, frustration, anxiety, pressure

  • Lack of time/money/resources./group/books etc

  • .

And do you think the above given reasons are enough to bug you down, shatter your efforts & Hence dreams!
Absolutely not............and we have reasons to believe in this.

If I can get a personal mentor can guide me ,nurture me with quality ...I can do wonders!
