Building a solid foundation of your life…….

       The Foundation Course of Sankalp IAS is meant to bring out and reshape the lives of teenagers and youngsters to achieve the best of their professional, personal & Spiritual lives; it will be the foundation stone of his/her life.
        The various aspects of youngsters life today includes far more challenges and factors that is sadly not included in our Educational system. Family bonds have achieved more importance. When on one side we don’t disagree that it has played an important role, we don’t deny also that this has not been sufficient. Foundation course prepares candidates with  not only recreates values like opinion makings, reasonable thinkings,inter-religious faiths,inter-sex respect, intellectual progressives & entrepreneurship but also inner self consciousness & self awareness. This no doubt are basic elements for UPSC/MPSC but we would like to state that this programme is meant for any candidate between age 14-30,though class 11th & FY/FE/SE ,Diploma 1st,2nd year & vocational educational holders are ideal candidates.



Duration: 1 year with March and April holidays for annual examinations
Weekends Batch: Sat: 5.00-7.00pm, Sun: 2.00pm-5.00pm
Medium: Separate Batches for Marathi & English Medium
 The year includes a trek and one day Jidnyasa (Query) residential camp. Every year at the end of the course, a written examination is conducted.

SYLLABUS OF FOUNDATION COURSE

* Study of NCERT/CBSE books followed by tests.
* Meditation, Upasana & Prayer- Inter religious faiths.
* Self study skills (Study planning and timetable, motivation, concentration, preparing notes, writing skills, paper solving techniques, use of reference material and information technology.)
* Faster reading, better reading
* Creativity development
*  Problem solving techniques
* Decision making skills & Accountability   for decision made
* Interpersonal skills     (Transactional analysis)
* Communication skills (Body language, telephonic manners, elocution, how to face an interview, comparing, listening skills, salesmanship, group discussions)
* Introduction to various arts and craft
*Behavioral, traffic and telephonic manners & etiquettes
* Management skills (Self management,  time management, handling advanced
     technology, Outdoor Management Games)
* Leadership skills  (building a group, styles of leadership, being  a good leader and also a good follower)
